Does this sound all too familiar?
… you did everything you were told you ‘should’ do… you know, the education, the career, the relationship, the living space... yet something...is missing.
… On the outside, your life looks pretty darn good, yet you feel like you are just going through the motions and not truly living life
… you find yourself often feeling busy, and like there is never enough time to do the things that matter most to you.
…you often feel like your life is ‘cluttered’ - physically and mentally… your home is not a calming space anymore, but one that is full of ‘stuff’ to clean and pick up, and your mind, well sometimes when it gets thinking…. You cannot seem to stop it from spiraling out - leaving you feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted and not knowing what step to take next.
… you feel like you have lost a piece of yourself and you are ready to rediscover what lights YOU up.
… you are ready to stop living in the mediocre and start creating the magnificent by doing life differently.
If this sounds like you, then my friend, you are in the right place

Here is what I know to be True
The normalization of "being busy" is keeping us stuck and unhappy
Far too many of us live on auto-pilot everyday. It was not until I was "exactly where I was 'supposed' to be" that I was at my absolutely unhappiest... I felt trapped and suffocated in life, living on auto-pilot, just waiting for the next weekend or vacation.
More Stuff Does NOT = More Happiness
Do you find yourself mindlessly purchasing more 'stuff'. Only to get a 'high' from it initially and then never using/wearing it again once the initial high wears off? So many of us mindlessly consume, purchase on auto-pilot, filling a void with shopping, only to feel less aligned, more in debt and still unsatisfied.
Our disconnection from the natural world is making us sicker.
As the world becomes more and more industrialized, we have lost our natural connection to nature. We are natural beings who NEED nature. Incorporating a Biophilic aesthetic into our everyday lives is a must to keep us centred and mindful
So what does this mean? And how can you go about finding the deep purpose and peace that you desire?
Intentional Living is the way to Emotional Health, Purposeful Living and Alignment.
Getting CLEAR on what you want in life, knowing your core values and creating a powerful vision for your life is the fastest way to start living a more present and happy life.
We are hardwired for Nature. Learning to live a minimalist lifestyle life with a Biophilic Aesthetic keeps you grounded and mindful.
But Lora, where do I start?
STEP 1: Intentional Living starts knowing what intentional living REALLY entails. Intentional living is a lifestyle, and understanding this lifestyle aesthetic is key to living more intentionally.

STEP 2: Next, It is time get clear and define your personal core values - aka - the FOUNDATION of everything in your life. When you know your core personal values, Making decisions becomes easier and helps you live a more purposeful, soul-driven and present lifestyle.
Can you name your top 3-4 personal core value right now? If not, then start by clicking the link below.
STEP 3: Create a Powerful Life Vision for where you want to go in life. If you do not 'put the point in the map' as to what you really want your life to live like - then you are letting someone else dictate your life.
Step 4: Harness the power of your brain and learn how to make a powerful brain based vision board so you can have a map of where you are going in life.
